Card analysist with current banlist :

-3x Rikka no Hitohira (Snowflower Petal)

Having a special summon effect during an opponent turn is the best thing in this card. It can be a fodder for another Snowflower effect that needs another Plant as tribute.

-3x Rikkasei Prim (Snowflower Sprite Prim)

This card's best part is its level (level 4) and have a self-special summon effect in another monster being tributed. If only her ATK and DEF is opposite, it is indeed a powerful card used in Monarch deck as a beater.

-3x Rikkasei Botan (Snowflower Sprite Peony)

Even her level is 6, but how she can be special summoned is an effect, so the 2nd effect can be used immediately. Special summoned by Lonefire Blossom or Gigaplant can make her effect triggers.

-2/3x Rikkasei Snowdrop (Snowflower Sprite Snowdrop)

Emilia Useful in Sylvan deck. Can special summon 1 Plant from the hand. Why not?

-1/2x Rikkasei Helleborus (Snowflower Sprite Helleborus)

Only negate a targetable monster's effect., such as Effect Veiler, Dark Armed Dragon, etc. Cannot negate Spell/Trap effect. But the good thing is no other Sunflower monster needed on the field to activate her effect.

-1x Rikkasei Erica / Snowflower Sprite Erica

ATK Booster for Plant monster, but a bit tricky to use her 2nd effect if you take the 1st turn, or 2nd after the Battlle Phase. Her " but banish it when it leaves the field " is the worst part.

-2/3x Rikka Kenran (Stunning Snowflower)

Decent card, can give you 2 monsters by tributing 1 Plant. But Plant is not a Type that have swarming mechanic.

-0/1x Rikka no Kazehana / Swirling Snowflowers

Useless in 1st turn, and its 2nd effect is the worst. Better be a side-deck card.

-1/2x Rikka Shinshin (Silent Snowflower)

Good card that can be use with Rikka no Hitohira (Snowflower Petal) at the End Phase. But because it is a Trap Card, better use it 2 copies at most in the Deck.

-2/3x Rikka no Usurai (Snowflower Sheet)

It is a bit bad because its effect only to prevent activation, not negate the effect. I highly reccomend this card to be used 2 copies at most, but then, if you Tributed a monster to activate this card, take control of that monster until the End Phase, and if you do, it becomes a Plant monster." part is too good.

Conclusion :

I think it is not a good deck to be a pure Snowflowers deck, because of no extend play that can be used after all of them resolved. But I highly reccomend they mixed with Sylvan. " Rikkasei Helleborus (Snowflower Sprite Helleborus) " can make " Sylvan Hermitree " or " Sylvan Sagequioa" be summoned easily, and her 2nd effect can make you " Alsei, the Sylvan Hight Protector " or " Orea, the Sulvan High Arbiter " without giving a sweat...

Also reccomended for being a 2nd turn deck.

Plant type ability for swarming is not that good, it make the tribute-to-activate the Sunflowers effect a bit slow. But who knows, Konami, with all their heart, will support Plant type in the future.
