(Card Discussion) A new Reinforcement arrived!! It's Propitious Warrior Lady

Judging from her appearance, it seems she is Warrior Lady of Wasteland with her hat offs. Or she's the Lady's sister?

You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.

(1) When an attack is declared involving your other Warrior monster and an opponent’s face-up monster: You can send this card from your hand or field to the GY; that opponent’s monster loses ATK equal to its original ATK, until the end of this turn.

(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 EARTH Warrior monster in your GY; add it to your hand.

It seems KONAMI wants to avoid a Honest-like effect and use Dark Honest's instead to prevent this card to be abused. Because in general, Warrior-type tend to have some ATK power modifier such as Nitro Warrior, Gravity Warrior, or Boost Warrior. And sadly, unlike Dark Honest, this card's effect can be only used when the attack is declared, so the player can't abuse it with Honest at the Damage Step. No bonus action can be gained to make this card powerful as it should be.

But, i think we can get some use of her 2nd effect even it only specifically take an EARTH Warrior Monster Card from the Graveyard by banishing her. Rescue Warrior for taking opponent's Monster, D.D. Assailant to remove threat, or Marauding Captain for combo extender. Of course, Gouki will have many advantage gained by this card. 

Will this card changes the metagame and make Warrior Type rises again? We'll see.
